Toby Maguire speaks about his illegal gambling charge. Maguire is being sued by a group connected corrupt hedge fund manager who lost $300,000 to the Spiderman star in what is being called an illegal gambling racket. The plaintiffs are arguing that the hedge fund manager gambled with money that wasn’t his and they want it back.
Maguire’s best comeback in all of this is that it was a friendly game of poker and therefore they didn’t require the licensing. HA, it must be nice to live in a place where people’s make up weights more than their brains.
